Common questions

Where is my collection stored? On your device. Caliber has no account and no server, so your watches, photos, documents, and wear history live only on your iPhone or iPad. The Privacy Policy has the full picture.

How do I back up my collection or move to a new phone? Open Settings inside the app and choose Export. Caliber writes a single archive of every watch, photo, document, and logged wear, which you can save anywhere and keep as your backup. Export is free, and always will be.

What does a membership include? The case holds three watches for free, and all three are whole. Caliber Reserve opens the full case, adds the deeper stats, and turns on Follow the Day. Everything already in your case stays yours whether or not you are a member, and viewing, wearing, and export are never members-only.

How do I manage or cancel a membership? Memberships are handled by Apple. Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, to view, change, or cancel.

How do I control location? Location is off by default. Inside the app, open Settings and pick Add Manually, At Each Log, or Follow the Day. You can change it whenever you like, and iOS gives you the final say over location access.
