The fastest way to reach us is by email, and we read every message. Write to swapnilgyani@gmail.com with your device model, your iOS version, and a short note on what happened. A screenshot helps.
Common questions
Where is my collection stored? On your device. Caliber has no account and no server, so your watches, photos, documents, and wear history live only on your iPhone or iPad. The Privacy Policy has the full picture.
How do I back up my collection or move to a new phone? Two ways, both free. Caliber automatically keeps dated backups of your whole collection on your device, so if you make a mistake or an update goes wrong you can restore an earlier copy from Settings in one tap. And you can choose Export at any time to write a single archive of every watch, photo, document, and logged wear, which you can save anywhere and carry to a new phone yourself.
What does a membership include? The case holds three watches for free, and all three are whole. Caliber Reserve opens the full case, adds the deeper stats, and turns on Follow the Day. Everything already in your case stays yours whether or not you are a member, and viewing, wearing, and export are never members-only.
How do I manage or cancel a membership? Memberships are handled by Apple. Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, to view, change, or cancel.
How do I control location? Location is off by default. Inside the app, open Settings and pick Add Manually, At Each Log, or Follow the Day. You can change it whenever you like, and iOS gives you the final say over location access.
Privacy
Caliber keeps your collection on your device and collects nothing about you. Read the full Privacy Policy for the details.
